Our state of the art conversion services can process materials in baled, chunk, log, patty, regrind, or rolled forms.

Our pelletizing services are a non-obtrusive approach for customers that require the integrity of their products to remain constant. We follow strict procedures regarding our conversion process. Proper temperatures and pressures are maintained to produce a resin with limited degradation due to multiple or prolonged heat histories. This means that your resin will not be damaged or degraded due to multiple heating and cooling cycles. The cost of reprocessed plastic pellets is a fraction of the cost of virgin pellets.

Your pellets will be uniform and free of foreign contamination. Our filtration process removes foreign materials down to 60 microns with a standard filtration level eliminating foreign materials down to 140 microns.

Our compounding services can employ additives to your resin, providing additional physical and mechanical properties that streamline your production and add extra value to your finished goods. Additionally our color compounding services are designed to match your production needs.

Our proprietary line of recycled resins, with “Green Cross” certification, provides you with the authentication you need to meet Post Consumer content requirements. Whether your product needs to maintain its current integrity or your resins require additional (physical, mechanical or post consumer content) properties, you can coordinate with our engineering staff to provide you with the proper resin.
